1. Yoga for Dark Times: Sat. Dec. 13th 9-4pm   $89 

Join Jennifer Steed for this full day yoga workshop learning about timeless tools for moving through the dark times that we all face in our life with grace and centeredness. The full day workshop includes a healthy lunch and is open to everyone. Specific issues that Jennifer will be addressing include; stress management, anxiety, depression, grief, loss and trauma. 2. Thursday Dec.4th Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga will be subbed by new instructor Danielle on Thursday Dec.4th. Danielle comes to us from the beautiful Tofino area and is excited to bring her flowing and restorative style of yoga to the kootenays. Please join us in helping Danielle feel welcome in our Yoga community!

 

3. Final Day of the Fall Yoga Session: Thursday Dec.18th

It always seems to come up quickly, but the final day is almost here before we break for the holidays. Even though the holidays are notoriously a busy time for many of us, staying committed to our yoga practice throughout this busy time can help us feel more grounded, connected and calm. Even if you can’t make it to a class, take the time for yourself to practice a yoga video or even a brief relaxation/meditation to gain the calming benefits for your body and mind. 4. Winter Session: starting Monday January 12th

I am very excited to announce some new group classes starting up in the New Year in Rossland! The classes have not quite been finalized but I will let you know as soon as possible!
