Hello Yogi’s!

November can typically bring us lots of rain, darkness and cold, however, November is also the time of year we are meant to move inward (literally and figuratively) by becoming more quiet, introspective and reflective as we prepare for the calmer and quieter winter months. We are meant to slow down from the high energy of summer and early fall months and practice moving inwards to re-fill our well of energy. Let this be time for you to do a little less, to take on a little less, and to enjoy taking some time for yourself to slow down and move inward. Yoga and meditation practices are wonderful ways to turn your awareness inward, become present to the moment and slow down. 1. Yoga Workshop for Pain Management

Session #1: Lower body/Pelvis  Sunday Nov. 16th 3-6pm   $60  KP Hall (Trail)  **Only 5 Spaces left!**

Session #2: Spine/Upper Body Sunday Nov. 23rd 3-6pm    $60  KP Hall (Trail)  **8 Spaces left**

Learn practical and empowering tools for helping you manage and reduce your chronic pain symptoms. Practices include; Functional Alignment, Somatics, Joint Freeing Series, Meditation, Breathwork, Body and Breath awareness, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Progressive Relaxation and gentle stretching.

Another Lunch Yoga class has been added at TECK at TOB (Blaylock/Centennial Rooms). Teck Lunch Yoga Classes are free for Teck employees, please register with MaryLynn at The Learning Center.

3. New Yoga Supplies from Halfmoon.

A new shipment has arrived from Halfmoon Yoga supplies, including some beautiful new fabrics on the bolters, meditation cushions and block covers! You can purchase Halfmoon Yoga Supplies through Kerry at the KP Hall.


4. Private Yoga Lessons with Kerry

Private yoga lessons are a great way to deepen and individualized your yoga practice. Kerry will help you adapt and modify your yoga practice to meet your needs as well as guide you in an experiential practice. Private lessons are a wonderful way to either deepen your practice, or start a yoga practice. Private lessons are offered on Sundays at either 9:30am or 4pm. Please book your private lessons at
