Kerry Lee (She/Her/Hers)

MACPBSc., BEd., C-RYT

Kerry fell in love with the elegance, strength and emotional depth found in a Yoga practice. However, it wasn't until after a car accident in 2004 that opened her eyes to the physical, mental and emotionally healing powers of Yoga.

Kerry's goal is to empower and support individuals in their process of growth, healing and resiliency.

Kerry is a Certified and Registered Yoga Therapist with International Association of Yoga Therapy (C-RYT 800) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance.

Kerry is also a Registered Clinical Counsellor and completed a Masters in Counselling Psychology (MACP) with Yorkville University.

As well, Kerry is a certified Teacher with a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree from UBC and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from UVic.

Kerry is passionate about neuroscience and trauma, in particular the brain and nervous system's incredible capacity for change and resilience through neuroplasticity.

Kerry's teachings are driven from a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, using evidence-based practices combined with warmth, humour and compassion.

Kerry strives to make all classes inclusive and inviting for everyone, including new yoga students and members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ2+ communities.
