Enjoy a Yoga class designed for you and your staff to decrease stress, improve strength, flexibility, concentration and motivation by participating as a team for improved staff morale, overall health and productivity.

Prices vary depending on length of class ranging from $60-$100.
Classes can be held on site at your location or at the studio at Better Life Fitness in Rossland.
YOGA AT WORK
Reduce staff stress and improve overall health with a yoga session tailored to your staff's needs. Kerry will guide your staff in a 1/2 hour session and can focus on specific issues such as physical/mental stress, wrist/back/shoulder strain from working on computers, or easing leg/foot pain from standing all day. Sessions are held on site and can be one session or a regular weekly session.
*Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice required for any cancellations. 75% charge if less than 24 hours notice is given and full payment required if less than 2 hours notice.
